The space
A two-bedroom (both en -suite), house with majestic views on every single window, enhanced by lovely flowerbeds running along the courtyard. The living area on the ground floor is an open plan layout to create a relaxing atmosphere. Within this area a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for six guests is available to prepare and enjoy any of your meals. On the first level, there is one stylish furnished bedroom with en suite modern bathroom, overlooking Profitis Ilias Chappel. On the upper level of the house, there is a detached bedroom, fully en suite, reached by outdoor stairs.
You can enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay with views both to the Saint John Monastery and the Aegean Sea.

We had a party of 4 and all felt very welcomed and since this was our 2nd visit to Patmos we had knowledge of what type of holiday we wanted. NICO is an incredible host and what more can we say about the property? It was very comfortable and very clean and waking up to a vineyard in your backyard was so peaceful. The Kampos beach is one of our favorite spots. If you get an opportunity to eat lunch at Sea and Sun we highly recommend it. Next year we may try the smaller house since it will be just me and my wife
